Discover the first pictures of the “Refugees on the Move” program in the Democratic Republic of the Congo! The program started one month ago in Mole refugee camp, camp situated in the North of the DRC, 35 kilometres away from Bngui, the Central African Republic capital. Fabrice don de Dieu Bwabulamutima and his drama and dance company, Kongo Drama Company, lead music and dance workshops and contributing to the rebuilding of self-confidence among refugees and to their well-being. The program was welcomed with such great enthusiasm that the choreographers had to raise the number of workshops.

 

Fabrice don de Dieu Bwabulamutima and a few members of his company went back to Kinshasa on Friday the 23rd of February to present a dance show at the French Institute ( pictures of the event here) . They were back to Mole as of Monday in order to continue the program « Refugees on the Move » and offer dance workshops for refugees for another couple of weeks. The workshops will end  in one month with a finale show that will be presented publicly.
